6X DNA Loading Dye is a ready-to-use dye used for visually tracking DNA migration on agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It contains two tracking dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF. Additionally, EDTA is included to chelate divalent metal ions, thereby inhibiting nucleases that require these ions to function.
Storage
Store at 25 °C for up to 12 months. For longer periods, store at -20 °C.
