The PuroSPIN™ NanoElute™ PCR Product Purification kit is designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use method for purification of PCR DNA products (100 bp – 10 kb) from enzymatic reactions.
In comparison to our standard PuroSPIN™ PCR Product Purification Kit, the NanoElute version of the kit is supplemented with Nano silica spin columns instead of mini silica columns. Nano columns provide the highest possible concentration of purified DNA fragments as the elution volume needed is as little as 6 μL. This generally important when the amount of purifying PCR DNA product is very little.
