Exosome Concentration Solution, Polymer Precipitation, 250 mL

A polymer-based solution that precipitates exosomes so they can be concentrated before downstream analysis. It is used 1:1 with the sample, and the 250 mL bottle treats up to 250 mL of sample.
How it works
Polymer precipitation reagents tie up water around small particles and force exosomes out of solution, so they can be collected by a simple low-speed centrifugation step without an ultracentrifuge. The concentrated exosomes can then go on to further purification or analysis.

How to use
Clear the sample of cells and debris as your protocol directs.
