Exosome Separation Kit for Cell Supernatant, 5 Columns + Concentration Solution

A kit for isolating exosomes from cell culture supernatant. It combines a concentration solution with size-exclusion columns: 5 columns plus 250 mL of concentration solution. Each column can be reused up to 5 times.
How it works
Cell culture supernatant is dilute, so the exosomes are first concentrated with the concentration solution. The concentrated sample is then loaded onto a size-exclusion column, where large exosomes pass through quickly and elute early, while smaller proteins and other molecules enter the resin and come out later.

How to use
Clear the culture supernatant of cells and debris as your protocol directs.
Concentrate the supernatant with the concentration solution.
