A fluorescent kit for detecting intracellular chloride ions using the MQAE probe, supplied with a chloride detection buffer. Each kit covers 100 tests.
How it works
MQAE is a chloride-sensitive fluorescent indicator. Chloride ions quench its fluorescence, so a lower fluorescence signal means a higher chloride concentration in the cell. This allows changes in intracellular chloride to be followed in cultured cells.

How to use
Load cells in a 96-well plate with the MQAE probe.
