Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Assay Kit, DCFH-DA Probe, 100 Tests

A fluorescence kit for detecting intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) with the DCFH-DA probe, supplied with a positive inducer. Each kit covers 100 tests.
How it works
DCFH-DA passes into cells, where esterases convert it to DCFH, which is trapped inside. Reactive oxygen species oxidise DCFH to DCF, which fluoresces green, so the green signal rises with the level of ROS in the cell. The included inducer gives a positive control with raised ROS.

How to use
Dilute the probe 1:1000 in serum-free medium or buffer to make the working solution.
Load the treated cells, together with a positive-control well treated with the inducer, then incubate and wash.
Measure the green fluorescence by microscopy, plate reader or flow cytometry.
