MTT Cell Proliferation and Cytotoxicity Assay Kit, Direct-Add Solubilizer

An MTT kit for proliferation and cytotoxicity assays, supplied with a formazan solubilisation solution that is added directly to the wells, so the culture medium does not need to be removed. It comes in two sizes: 100 tests and 500 tests.
How it works
Living cells reduce the yellow MTT tetrazolium salt to purple formazan crystals through mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity. The solubilisation solution dissolves the crystals in the well, and the absorbance of the dissolved dye reflects the number of viable cells.

How to use
Add MTT solution to the cells and incubate.
Add the solubilisation solution directly to the wells and mix until the crystals dissolve.
