MTT Cell Viability Assay Kit, MTT Solution and DMSO

A classic MTT kit for cell viability assays, supplied with MTT solution and DMSO to dissolve the formazan crystals. It comes in two sizes: 200 tests and 1000 tests.
How it works
Living cells reduce the yellow MTT tetrazolium salt to purple formazan crystals through mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity. The culture supernatant is removed and the crystals are dissolved in DMSO, and the absorbance of the solution reflects the number of viable cells.

How to use
Add MTT solution to the cells and incubate.
Carefully remove the supernatant, taking care not to disturb the crystals.
Add DMSO to dissolve the crystals and read the absorbance in a microplate reader.
